Any and all materials, paid or free, that You access on this or any related domains are the sole ownership or licensed use of Attorney on a Journey LLC.

You are not allowed to reproduce any part of our product(s) or related communications.
You are receiving a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for non-commercial use only in order to access any content or materials in the products You have paid for or opted to receive.

If you violate this license by giving or selling a copy of Our products to anyone, We reserve the right to send You a bill for the licenses you have sent to others and revoke your access to Our products permanently.

You may:
Access Your purchases for Your personal use or use in Your business for non-commercial purposes.
Download and/or print any purchases for Your personal use or in Your business for non-commercial purposes.
You may NOT:
Re-sell or trade Your access to Your purchases.
Share Your purchase with anyone else who has not yet purchased it or opted in to receive it.
Reprint or republish any of your purchases, in part or in whole.
Distribute any of the materials contained in Your purchases or related materials and/or communications as Your own, otherwise known as stealing.
Reproduce and tweak any part or whole of Your purchases for distribution as Your own work.
Claim ownership or use any of Our intellectual property without Our prior consent, which includes (but is not limited to): copyrights such as course materials, worksheets, workbooks, lessons, videos, and more; trademarks such as names, logos, taglines, or other unique source identifiers; or trade dress including the look and feel of any of Our offerings (and its related communications and materials).
Use Our offering or any related materials and/or communications in an unlawful way or for any illegal or unlawful purpose(s).

Coaching Agreement for Coaching Services Purchased
Terms:
The services to be provided by the coach to the client are coaching or tele-coaching, as designed jointly with the client. Coaching, which is not advice, therapy or counseling, may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in the client's life or profession.
The client and coach agree to provide each other with fourteen-day notice in the event either wishes to cancel further services.
Confidentiality
The coach promises the client that all information provided to the coach will be kept strictly confidential.
Coaching Relationship
Throughout the working relationship, the coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The client can count on the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The client understands that the power of the coaching relationship can be granted only by the client, and the client agrees to do just that: have the coaching relationship be powerful. If the client believes the coaching is not working as desired, the client will communicate that belief and take action to return the power to the coaching relationship.

Client Responsibility
Client is responsible for showing up to all calls on time.
Client is responsible for performing the work assignments delegated from Coach and uploading assignments at least 2 hours before the next scheduled session.
Client agrees to be free from distractions during sessions.
Client agrees to keep an open mind and try new things that the Coach suggests.
Client agrees to provide honest feedback when something is not working.
Declaration
I understand that I am working with Francesca Chang for professional life coaching at the agreed fee. Professional coaching is distinctly different from counseling, psychotherapy or psychoanalysis and does not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of emotional problems. Since professional coaching does not constitute medical consultation or treatment, health insurance does not apply. These fees may be considered deductible business expenses.
Scheduling
Each session date will be mutually agreed upon by Client and Francesca Chang. If Coach needs to reschedule, she shall let Client know as soon as possible and a new session will be rescheduled at the earliest convenience. Client may reschedule a session within 24 hours of a scheduled session by notifying Coach by email at hello@attorneyonajourneylifecoach.com. Client may try to reschedule a session after the 24 hour window, but Coach is not obligated to reschedule the session.

If Client does not show up to a session, and does not give notice to Coach, Client relinquishes the session. Coach is not obligated to reimburse or reschedule the session.

If Client is late for a Session Coach will try to extend the end time. If Coach is unable to extend the time, the session will end at the scheduled time and Coach is not obligated to make up session time.
Missed Payments
If Client misses a payment, Coach will notify Client. Client shall update the payment method within 3 days of the missed payment. If Client does not pay within 3 days, Coach will terminate this agreement, and Client’s file will be sent to collections for the outstanding balance

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Coach does not offer any refunds for services that have already been delivered.
If Client has paid in advance and Coach has canceled your future services, Coach will provide a full refund for the remaining, canceled services.
If Client cancels future services within less than 12 hours from the scheduled service, a $100 fee will be deducted from Client’s refund.

NO GUARANTEES
Coach makes no guarantees to the Client regarding increases in monetary value or the amount of customers Client may gain by implementing the techniques and ideas that Coach gives to Client.
